Schools Voice

Here you can find honest reviews from schools that have brought Primary Pools UK to improve outcomes.

Morning Ryan,

Day one was absolutely incredible – I genuinely left school feeling full of joy and so proud of what we have achieved together. It really did feel like the moment where all the hard work paid off, and it was even better than I had hoped.

Emma has been wonderful – she has handled my many calls and messages so calmly and supportively. Jess (swimming teacher) and Kaan (lifeguard) are both fantastic and already fully in the swing of things, building great relationships with the children.

We’ve set up a really effective changing area and the changeovers are running like a well-oiled clock. The atmosphere across the day was just brilliant – calm, purposeful, and full of excitement. Most importantly, we had children in the pool who have never experienced swimming before, and seeing their confidence grow even within that first session was so special. The smiles, the laughter, and the sense of achievement from the children was just wonderful.

It really feels like something very special for our school community, and I am already thinking about how we can celebrate and share this more widely – I’m keen to look at getting some press coverage as this is something that deserves to be recognised.

Thank you so much for all your support in making this happen – it truly means a lot.

Thanks again,

At Norman Street Primary, we’ve always believed that swimming is a life skill every child deserves. For years, we faced the challenge of transporting classes to an external pool, which, although we were able to walk, was costly in respect of staff time and extremely disruptive. When we discovered Primary Pools UK and their pop-up model, it felt like the perfect solution-bringing swimming right to bour doorstep in a way that was safe, practical, and exciting for our children.

The overall experience has been exceptional. From the very first conversation, the team showed professionalism, warmth, and a genuine passion for improving outcomes for children. Everything-from planning to delivery-was handled with care and expertise, making the whole process stress-free for our school.

The pop-up pool has been a game-changer. Children have enjoyed swimming lessons in a familiar setting, and staff have appreciated the time saved and the smooth integration into our timetable. Nothing has been too much trouble for Martyn, Emma and Ryan-we have had exceptional care and support. Lexie, our swimming teacher, and Erin, our lifeguard, have brought incredible professionalism and expertise to every session, creating a safe and encouraging environment for all.

The professionalism and friendliness of everyone involved exceeded our expectations. The pool itself is fantastic, but what really stood out was the expertise of Lexie and Erin. They didn’t just teach swimming-they built confidence, encouraged resilience, and made every child feel valued.

I would wholeheartedly recommend them. The service is innovative, reliable, and genuinely focused on improving outcomes for children. It removes barriers to swimming provision and makes the process stress-free for schools.
